You can cancel your account anytime via the billing page. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if you started a monthly plan today (10th of July) and canceled on the 17th of July, it will remain active until at least the 7th of August.

Yes, the minimum term is 1 month for monthly plans and 1 year for yearly plans.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We will prorate and refund any plan changes. If you downgrade to Free, we'll 'freeze' your reports for when you upgrade again.

You can change the payment card used on the Account page by clicking the 'Change Payment Card' button.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). We also accept other payment methods like WeChat and Alipay if you are based in China or Hong Kong.

We index the Internet in the same way that Google does to power their search engine.

Yes, the reports are exportable as CSVs and Excel Spreadsheets. Sample export CSVs can be downloaded by clicking on the Export button.

Estimated monthly sales are mostly based on traffic estimates for each domain. Domain data is updated on a monthly basis.

You can split columns using built-in features of your spreadsheet software.

Sign up for the Basic Plan, get the report you want, then cancel your account. Note the minimum term is still 1 month.
